1. I LOVE yoga. I have never been to a class but have been practising at home on and off for years, it makes me feel amazing! Not only can I feel my body get stronger but it also helps me feel relaxed, motivated and happy too. I know what you mean about the changing your life thing xx #twinklytuesday
