So I’ve started properly documenting my yoga journey! I have started a YouTube channel (And Then There Was Yoga – see what I did there?!) where I am posting snippets of flows I love doing and I have decided to create a journey on the blog too (because I’m much more comfortable with this medium!).
The first flow I uploaded to YouTube was a simple one but it’s one of my favourites!
I have put three of the key asanas (postures) into the picture below – I just love how they flow into each other!
The flow basically consists of;
Child’s pose – downward facing dog – plank – four limbed staff – upward facing dog – downward facing dog – plank – one knee to chest – three legged dog – wild thing – plank – knee to chest – crescent lunge – low lunge – downward facing dog – child’s pose
I LOVE Wild Thing – it really does make my heart sing 🙂
My alignment might not always be perfect but yoga is not about perfection – it is about progress – progress for how you feel within yourself. Progress for peace.
